Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Kids Strut, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kids Strut, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help where we can.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
