Return Policy

At Kids Strut, LLC, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

Please Note: To cover processing costs, a 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns, and return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, simply return your original item for a refund and place a fresh order online.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return 
  • The reason for your return and picture

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.  We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can provide you with a full refund.
