Returns, Refunds & Price Adjustment Policy

At Kids Strut, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day return window cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@kidsstrut.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the correct return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kidsstrut.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item.
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

If the issue is determined to be our error or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages During Transit

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Any reimbursement or replacement is subject to the carrier's investigation and claim process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size, color, or style, simply:

  1. Return your eligible item following our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the item you'd like.

This is the quickest way to ensure you receive your new item before it sells out.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Price Adjustment Policy

We understand that prices may occasionally change.

If an item you purchased is reduced in price on KidsStrut.com within 7 days of your purchase date, we're happy to provide a store credit for the difference.

Price adjustments:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • Apply only to the exact same item (same size and color) if it is still in stock.
  • Do not apply to clearance or final sale items, promotional events (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, or holiday sales), coupon code purchases, or limited-time offers.
  • Are issued as store credit only.

Some items may ship directly from our trusted brand partners or fulfillment warehouses. Return instructions may vary depending on the product or supplier. If your return is approved, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions for your specific order.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent to the wrong location may delay or prevent the processing of your refund.
