We know you can't wait for those fresh new styles to arrive! Here's how to track your order every step of the way.
Step 1 — Check Your Email
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the carrier.
Step 2 — Use Your Tracking Number
You can use your tracking number to follow your package on the carrier's website. We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Step 3 — Check Your Order Status
You can also log into your Kids Strut account to view your order status and history at any time.
Shipping Time Frames
As a reminder, here are our estimated delivery timeframes:
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?
If it's been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll look into it right away!
